the basic amount of the additional fee, stated on the notice left under the wiper of the vehicle.
150 zł
the reduced amount. It applies if the payment is credited within 3 days of the date the notice was issued (the date is shown in the “Dnia” field on the notice).
After 3 days the full amount of 600 zł applies.

Important: a transfer without the complete title may not be matched to your notice, in which case the fee is treated as unpaid.
Where this notice comes from
A notice is issued when a vehicle occupies a space in a private car park without the fee having been paid. As the operator of the car park and the sole holder of its parking spaces, and under the terms accepted by the driver (using the car park constitutes acceptance of them), we charge the person parking / the owner of the vehicle an additional fee.
Every incident is documented photographically; witness statements are collected as well.
Non-payment leads to the owner of the vehicle being identified and to legal action, including an entry in the debtors' registers (BIG) and referral of the case to court.

If you believe the fee was charged without grounds, you can appeal.

- a description of the situation and any attachments (for example proof of payment, photographs)

We offer no telephone or in-person service. We answer messages in the order they arrive.
Filing an appeal does not suspend the 3-day deadline for the reduced amount. If the appeal is upheld, the amount paid is refunded.
